Pallet town is where all young trainers from Kanto get there first pokemon. They will recieve this pokemon in Prof.Oak's Lab.

| Viridian City
Viridian city is the second town most young trainers visit after begining there journey and also happens to be the last when it comes to Kanto. Viridan City is home to the last Gym of Kanto where trainers will battle for the Earth Badge.

Now that you are done in Viridian city it is time to continue your journy, within Route 2 is the Viridian forest home to many pokemon.

| The Viridian Forest
Viridian forest is a bug paradise and as well a bug catcher paradise, this is the first place you will encounter a few trainers that are eager to test out the new pokemon they have captured. Keep an eye out and you might just find a Pikachu or a Pidgeotto

| Diglett's Cave
This cave is home to many Diglett from which the cave got its name and there evolution, Dugtrio. To prevent over eager new trainers from speeding into the cave to simply ignore Pewter City and to also prevent new trainers from accidentally wandering in and getting in over there heads a guard has been placed in front of the cave, to gain access you must defeat the Guard in battle.

| Pewter City
Pewter City, though it is the third city on your journey it will be the first that you can challenge a Gym Leader in. The leader of Pewter Gym is known as Brock and he uses Rock-Type pokemon to annihilate his opponents. Pewter City is also home to the Pewter Museum of Science, which houses fossils of ancient Pokemon as well as other interesting items.

Route three is the next route after Pewter City, in the route a man has set up a makeshift shop where he sells Magikarp, this route is also the only way to get to Mount Moon without going through Diglett's Cave

This is the small section before Mt.Moon, it is a rest stop for many trainers before they enter the mountain.

| Mt.Moon
Mt.Moon is the most well known mountain in all of Kanto. Though many have tried none have successfully climbed Mt.Moon, thus a pathway through the mountain was made many years ago so that trainers could easily get through it. It is said that rare pokemon fossils and the pokemon Clefairy can be found deep within the mountain but not many of either have been seen.
